With education, empowerment, and support, the nurse coach is a co-active facilitator to guide you on how to set your goals and achieve them.

I have worked in healthcare since 2007 as a CNA. I have cared for patients of all ages and in multiple settings. I completed my RN license in 2013 with the goal of helping people proactively manage their health after losing my father and grandmother to colon cancer when they both were 46.
Most of my career was spent as a case manager working one on one with patients and their family members. I made it a priority to help increase awareness on screening and prevention so children and families did not have to experience the premature loss of a loved one.
During my nursing career and from personal experience, I noticed the reactive approach to health care with temporary symptom management, multiple medications, and surgeries that lead to more side effects.
I was told many times that my labs "looked great" or "you'll just have to live with this" when I felt my worst and no one was listening to me in the ten to fifteen minute office visits.
I disagreed, did my own research, taught my body how to heal, and took matters into my own hands.
With the help and knowledge of a functional medicine and lifestyle practitioners, I was able to pinpoint and reverse multiple chronic issues. The results were so impressive that I left conventional medicine after getting my master's degree in nursing, along with multiple certifications, and opened by own coaching business.
In this program, you receive 1:1 or group health coaching in three or six month packages with weekly visits and personalized support. We teach you how your body works to achieve overall wellness with natural and inexpensive modalities that are simple to implement in daily life.

Currently I am working 1:1 with clients to provide the most customizable experience.
Group coaching will be available starting in 2024 with a private Facebook group and weekly live calls to ask questions and share. In the future, workshops, wellness events, and retreats will be available to build an organic community.
